Very good communication and very nice and clean car. I would most definitely recommend and will also element again on Turo overall. It was a great experience and no hassle and very easy to book a car. Also like that they have a delivery option.

Ruben has been absolutely outstanding throughout this entire ordeal. I made the grave mistake of letting someone else drive the vehicle that I was responsible for and it was not returned in the way Ruben or I gave it. There was a significant amount of damage primarily on the driver side where apparently the vehicle was draped and left a single significant line across the drivers side. I have spoken with Ruben a myriad of times concerning the ordeal and he has been extremely forthcoming yet rightfully concerned. I alone accept full damages and responsibility and will cover all costs associated. If I were in Rubens shoes I would be irate but I respect his mannerisms throughout this entire ordeal. I highly recommend 5 TS
