Experience was great and so easy. Hands off compared to other bothersome Turo car owners. The only thing is that I had to pay for some of the economy parking ticket myself because he said he did the math wrong.

Couldn't be better! Car was VERY clean, Norman gave GREAT directions on the car and was very communicative! On top of that, I left my Bose Headphones in the car and was kind enough to ship them out to me!! Again couldn't be better!
