I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my car, so please keep your furry friends at home. Absolutely no smoking or drugs. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, I will try my best to accommodate you BEFORE your trip ends. I will try to ensure that the car is cleaned before each rental. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean. A cleaning fees charge will apply for bringing the car back excessively dirty or smelling of smoke.

• Will the car be disinfected?

  Yes, the car will be disinfected as per Turo's guidelines.

• Can I pick up at 2am?

  Yes, we will be using remote handoff so you can pick up 24/7

• Do I need to Return the Car Washed and Cleaned?

  Yes, it is customary when renting cars out from a car sharing platform, that you return them washed and cleaned and prepared for the next renter.

• Do I have to pay for parking at the airport?

  Yes up to $35

• Do you charge for extra mileage?

  Yes. If you're looking for a car with Unlimited Miles - sorry, but you'll have to look elsewhere. I allow 200 miles / day which is plenty to get you around if you're staying within Utah. :)

• What happens if there are Small Dings, Scratches and Rim Rash?

  We ask for you to be responsible and do your best to avoid these little tiny issues. We understand things are going to happen, but they do hurt the resale value of our cars. We ask you to let us know about the little things that happen to a car and if it is large enough and a big enough issue, we will ask for compensation.

• What happens if I get into a Wreck?

  We ask you to text us on the app immediately and we will assist in the proper steps to take. We will make sure we qualify for coverage with your personal insurance company. You will want to call the local police station and get an accident report number. Also, you will need to get a copy of the other party's drivers license and insurance information. After messaging us on the app, you can text me directly at 801-755-3987 or one of my co-host numbers will be inside the glove box.

• I accidentally got a Crack in the Windshield. What should I do?

  A couple of options are, you can take it to a local windshield glass shop and return the car as you received it or we can have shops we work with fixing it after the trip. However, you will pay a small convenience fee and up to the cost of the windshield.
