I would have to give the host a well-deserved 5 stars. The car was absolutely amazing to drive. There was only one hiccup that caused a 10 hour delay in our trip because of a flat tire due to it being extremely bald. The delay was all because of Turo customer service who failed to send a tow truck for 10 long, gruesome hours. The host was the one who was finally able to save us.
Everything about renting Tristian’s Corolla was a breeze! Communication was prompt, easy and clear. The car was in very good condition, had a smooth ride and was clean. I felt safe and secure throughout my multi-day road trip. Would definitely rebook in the future when I’m in town. Thank you, Tristian!
