Great car for a short road trip! Easy pick up and drop off. Rhett was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Was my first and last Turo trip. I booked from Thursday to Sunday at 10 PM as I was going out of town for a wedding. Received a notification early Sunday morning that my car was due back at 10 AM not 10 PM. At this point I try to contact customer service to no avail to figure out what happened, then I try to extend the trip within the app but it won’t let me because 10 AM had passed. I contacted customer service again who then told me I had to make a new reservation in the same car, spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to figure that out and was finally told that I could reserve the car because it had been booked for another reservation. At this point I had to skip out on the post wedding Sunday lunch because the owner was calling/texting me. Worst experience by far, nothing on the owners fault but more so on the lack of customer service. Never riding Turo again.

Uday, I appreciate your input however you have reserved it in the time frame that you allotted and unfortunately, the car got rented after your allotted time and it was no fault of mine. It’s unfortunate that you miskey in your reservation return time but there is no way for me to know that ahead of time.
