Thanh is a highly respected person on Turo, his hospitality caters to his customers. When using Turo I wasn’t sure who would be a right fit for me but when me and Thanh met it was such a simple process, very informative, answered questions about “the how’s and the what if’s”. This trip has to be by far the most enjoyable trip. Thanh just allows you to enjoy the car all day without trying to ask or wonder where you’re at. It almost feels like you’re using Turo and the cars your own. Meaning he allows you your space to really soak in the moment, I needed this car to test drive for my family before I made a purchase. When a family member decides to borrow your car for a week and you've been eyeing a Tesla Y for a while, it was the perfect opportunity for a long test drive. We rented Nancy’s beautiful Tesla Model Y for our wedding getaway car and it was such an amazing car to drive! Nancy was so incredibly helpful with the checkin process and she even included a nice card and some items for our trip. She is communicative and just a sweet person to work with. I would highly recommend renting from her.

The vehicle was incredible. Just what I needed for a coastal drive. Unfortunately got a cracked windshield on the second day from a Rock flying up from the road. When I called to inform Mary- she was only concerned about my safety. She was great to communicate with throughout the trip. What a pleasure it was doing business with her. It's an awesome trip to Malibu with Mary's Jeep! It took us to wherever we wanted to go safely. I enjoyed my driving not only because Mary took good care of the Jeep so that I don't need to worry about the car problems but also I have a fun trip to drive my dream car!

Nancy is an A+ Host. I have rented over 50 vehicles on turo and never once have I had any host leave me a welcome card, sanitizing wipes, water bottles and a face mask in the vehicle on pick up! In addition the car was spotless and ready to go at an easy pick up location. Drop off was also a breeze and Nancy’s communication was fast and helpful. Thank you Nancy I will definitely rent again!
