SR+ Model 3 - The most anticipated car of all time! - a different driving experience. Navigate on Auto-Pilot and Full Self Driving, safest car ever created. Latest technology and OTA upgrades, RWD, luxury black interior, - 5-Star Overall NHTSA Rating! - Standard Range Plus Battery - 5 second 0-60 mph - 15 inch touchscreen - Premium sound system - Full Glass Panoramic Sunroof - Folding side mirrors with auto dim - Front heated seats - Tinted windows - iPhone and Android wireless charging station - Built-in GPS - Autopilot/Navigate on Autopilot - Many more Awesome features! First time driving a Model 3? Here is a series of videos from Tesla explain everything you need to know: https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLY3Dco1yachgYwbaOR0szAi-_8-ya7y6S The Basics: Keycard is used to open and start the car. (check the back of the keycard for visuals) To open/lock the car, tap the keycard to the driver side support column, under the camera. Door handles require you to push on the back part to make the front pop out (I usually push the back fatter part with my big opposing thumb and grab the front with the pinky side of my hand. It is like inverse surfer sign 🤙) To start the car, tap the keycard behind the center cup holder. (the dashboard will display animated instructions) Driving / Reversing / Parking: Gear changing lever is on the right. Down to drive, up to reverse and after stopping, press the lever button in to park. Autopilot: While driving you can pull down the gear lever once to achieve adaptive cruise control. It will keep distance between you and the car in front of you. If you pull down the second time, the car will automatically stay in the lane. Note this technology is still experimental, you are still fully responsible for any damage while using autopilot. Charging: You can plug into any Tesla Supercharger station for charging. You will be charged at the end of your trip for any charge fee what was incurred. Please return the car charged no less than 80% (Vehicles with less than 80% charge will incur an extra service fee). Charging at home with a standard 15 amp outlet provides about 5 miles of range per hour. Use apps like ChargePoint or the Tesla Super Chargers to get faster charging! *BEWARE OF CURB RASH* $350-$850 per tire and/or wheel charge for any tire or wheel damages will be responsible by renter directly! ***(Standard) protection highly suggested when renting this vehicle due to the costs associated with rim damage ($850) and windshield damage ($1,050)*** I’ll be there to support you on your journey as much as I possibly can!

Guidelines

No pets of any kind. No smoking of any kind. No eating or drinking in the car. You are liable for cleaning fees If you return the car with pet hair, smoke, or evidence of food/spills. Please be careful with sharp objects than can scratch the leather interior. Negligible battery charging and care leads to premature battery degradation, which means that the life of the battery degrades which will require a full replacement of the battery before the car reaches 150,000 miles. Please note that by renting our Tesla, you are agreeing to the following: When you charge with Tesla Superchargers, Tesla will directly bill our account. Tesla charges a $1 per minute idle fee. If charging at a Tesla Supercharging station, please unplug as soon as charging is complete and move the car otherwise idle fees of $1 per minute will be charged to our Tesla account. We will invoice you for the amount charged to our account and any idle fees during your rental period after your trip ends. We monitor the vehicle charging. Do not constantly charge the battery to 100% instead of the preset 90%. Do not charge it to 100% and let it sit overnight. Do not run the battery charge to below 10 miles or less. Do not run the battery to 0%. If guest is negligible in any of the above ways, we will charge the guest $100 for each case. We closely monitor our vehicle because Teslas, nor their batteries are cheap. It is an investment, and we must protect our investment. We thank you in advance for taking good care of our Tesla and battery Careful if the battery range drops lower 20 miles. The battery range is an estimate that depends weather, roads (elevation) and driving style. Unlike a gas combustion vehicle, it may have to be towed if it runs out of battery! Please do not go over 100 MPH. Violation will automatically turn on the Model 3's Valet Mode which limits power and acceleration to 25% (80KW), top speed to 70 mph, and disable certain settings. Please drive the Tesla responsibly. This Tesla is NOT approved for off-roading, excessive speeding, racing or reckless driving. If we detect that the Tesla is being driven outside of the street legal vehicle operation boundaries, the Tesla will immediately default to “valet mode” for the remainder of your trip. Only the Turo approved Guest is to always drive our Tesla during the time of your trip. (Please return the car clean. and charged to 80%) *BEWARE OF CURB RASH* $350-$850 per tire and/or wheel charge for any tire or wheel damages will be responsible by renter directly! ***(Standard) protection highly suggested when renting this vehicle due to the costs associated with rim damage ($850) and windshield damage ($1,050)***

Faqs

  • How do I charge the car?

You can plug into any Tesla Supercharger station for charging. You will be charged at the end of your trip for any charge fee what was incurred. Superchargers are fastest and easiest way to charge. You can use the car dashboard map to find Tesla Superchargers located along your route they are marked as RED pins. You can also click the Lighting button on the map to get a view of charging stations nearby. Some destinations have EV charging stations, those slower but still add significant range to the vehicle. They are marked as GREY charging pins. No access to a charging station? No problem. The car comes with a plug that will plug into any 110 or 14-50 outlet, although it may charge slower than supercharge. Please return the car charged no less than 80% (Vehicles with less than 80% charge will incur an extra service fee).

  • What is the interior cleaning policy?

LIGHT CLEANING - NO CHARGE Small amounts of crumbs or dirt on floor mats that can be shaken off. Small marks that can be cleaned off easily by hand. SMOKING - $250 $250 deep cleaning service will be applied to your Turo reservation if there is any evidence of smoke smell. If there is damage to our Tesla (e.g. a burn mark), we will submit a damage claim, not a cleaning reimbursement.

  • Who pays for charging at the Supercharger?

You do. When you go to a Tesla Supercharger it will automatically be charged to my account. After completion of your trip, you will receive an invoice for the supercharger fees during the extent of your trip.

  • Who pays for the tolls?

You’re responsible for paying any bridge or road tolls, including tolls incurred while using the vehicle's E-ZPass. There is an E-ZPass transponder located in the vehicle when you receive it. If you have your own that you would like to use, you may take it down and put yours up. If you incur toll charges while on a trip you will be billed via invoice, Turo will notify you via email and display a notification in your Turo activity feed. You have 48 hours to pay the invoice. If the transponder is lost, a $15 charge will apply for replacement transponder.
