Do I need to be on time or can I be a few minutes early/late to pickup/drop off?
Vehicle will normally be ready before pickup time, you can request early pickup or late drop off up to 1.5 hours under request. We are definitely flexible, just make sure to send us a message beforehand to confirm.

The pickup was very smooth and easy host was very pleasant. The vehicle on the other hand was old and rickety the brakes need some attention and I felt overall taken advantage of especially when I realized I had paid double the rental price by way of a trip fee. I feel that is a way to get more money in a sneak way. So I will definitely have to some thinking before booking with Turo again

Unfortunately, we as host have no control of trip fees when booking through Turo. Total price of booking including trip fees, coverage and taxes will be shown before making the reservation. There's no hidden fees that may happen during or after trip ends.
Vehicle is maintained up to date and has no issues with the brakes; Seattle rain may cause a bit of normal brake noise from time to time.
Guest was very respectful and we had no issues, we would be happy to host you again!

The car was exactly as described, an older car but was fine. The pick up location could be better. We met at the passenger drop off for flights at the airport and I was very rushed. I would have preferred to meet somewhere where I could take my time, taking pictures, and organizing myself before needing to drive off.
