Pickup and drop-off were very simple. Unfortunately, the car got a flat tire and the spare tire/tire iron provided were not made for the vehicle nd did not fit the lug nuts. This would have been a simple fix, but turo roadside was unable to find a tow truck to come change the tire. Spent an entire day walking to and from an auto shop to purchase a tire iron (reimbursed by renter) to change the tire myself. I recommend verifying that the spare and tools provided fit the vehicle before departing on a long trip

Not sure how out tools got mixed up in between renters but we added that onto our checklist.
Also, Apologies on behalf of Turo roadside assistance not being able to find a towing company, We had no control on that situation.

My comments may not represent everyone's experience. The vehicle was fine. There were errors in the ipick up nstructions. The instructions were to punch a code into a lockbox
There was no lockbox. The surface lot is a hike if you have ski equipment and bags. The idetication of location wasn't clear. I called and was told there was a magnetic key holder under the car
The car has low clearance, so if you are a senior and aren't ready to get down on the
ground on your back and don't have a flashlight you'll never find it. A bigger problem is the return with a lot of bags.no carts and no shuttle bus. Fine with one rolling bag. Not 4. Suggest clarity and a pick up at covered parking where they have carts.
