This car still had the new (vegan) leather smell. I rented it to pick my director up from the airport in. Coincidentally she’s been looking to buy one and was so excited to get to spend more than your typical 5 minutes in it test driving it. This car was part of a larger fleet of cars that they rent out making them more professional than pass experiences. The price was also great! If you’re looking for a fun car with an easy rental process this is a solid choice.

Great, clean, gas efficient car. the only little problem i saw was that the TPM was on the entire time, but no problems

Marco was the best host EVER!!! I needed to rent an EV car for my company and this was the first time I ever used Turo. I was a little nervous because I wasn't going to be the person picking up the car, one of our technician's was, but I spoke with Marco, he explained how the whole processed worked and he even helped the technician once he arrived at the pick up location. The next time we need to rent a Chevy Bolt, I know exactly who I will be contacting! Thank you Marco!

Lichens Tesla is absolutely amazing to drive, smooth ride, quiet and clean! I would recommend 10/10! Brand new 2021 Tesla Model 3 and charge time at a supercharge station is actually really quick! Lichen himself was helpful answering questions when needed too!

I would really recommend Mehmet’s model 3. It’s an amazing car and Mehmet was a great host. I went 20-30 miles over my limit and he was kind enough to waive it off. That was a nice gesture. Would have been even more fun if it was a FSD model 3, but that’s okay. Not a big deal.

Great car, did not have any issues with pick up or drop off. I'll warn though that the brakes are very noisy most likely due to them being race brakes rather than them being worn out. Nonetheless it sort of sucked the fun out of street driving, as I couldn't keep the window down due to the painful noise! I'll be super picky and also mention that the front and rear tires are mismatched and you'll loose traction on the rear if you don't check your speed on highway onramps and such. Thanks Lichen!

We drove Steffen’s Model 3 Performance from SF to LA and back through the PCH and it was the absolute perfect car for the drive. Nimble and lightning quick making it perfect for winding coastal roads. Tesla’s supercharger network has also expanded making the trip super easy with a very small amount of pre-planning for range - and you save so much compared to driving a gas car the same distance. Steffen was super personable, remote unlocked the car for us and was easy to communicate with. Would absolutely rent this car with Steffen again!
Rented Marco’s Bolt EV for a while. It’s a fantastic car and Marco was a great host. More fun to drive than you’d expect, too! Highly recommended.

Sam was very responsive to my needs, whether it was finding the key, figuring out how to access the gas tank, or extending my rental time. At drop-off time, it was really dark out, and he came out to inform me that I could park the car in the parking lot so I could take the pictures more easily rather in the dangerous night traffic, which was very much appreciated. I would rent from Sam again. (Thanks, Sam!)
Victoria was very easy to plan with. She cleaned the car nicely and came downstairs to meet me as soon as I arrived. She explained the car operation, provided a full charge and the car came with free charging at Tesla Superchargers. The Model S came with 600 miles for our three day trip to Cambria and back along Big Sur. The car made the trip in chill mode no problem and the superchargers are mostly conveniently located. We did top off at the hotel to be on the safe side. The Model S traveled the windy Big Sur roads on cruise control easily, staying at a pleasant speed and safe distance behind other cars. Victoria is super easy to work with and has a lovely car. We would definitely Turo from Victoria again. Thank you for a fun trip.
Loved the car makes me just want to buy it! Enjoy it while you can because if no one else does I will take it right off of Evan’s hands! Also Evan was a great host very easy going very understanding and will work something out with you if you are in a bad situation! 100% recommend getting this 335i as a rental

This car was easy to find and use. It was nice to have for some errands around town. There were a few homeless folks hanging around the area, so you may want to be aware of that. Obviously not the owner's fault, just something to be cautious of. I had trouble figuring out how to open the gas tank to fill before return, and the owner was very responsive and helpful! Would rent again, thanks!

The car wasn’t spotless inside but certainly clean enough to enjoy. Performance wise it was a great car and the free supercharging is huge. Communication was great even through Turo was down the exact minute we were checking out. Would totally rent from Steffen again!
Jason's Miata is a well looked after piece of machinery. It was a real joy to take it up on the mountain roads. The car handles very impressively and the small size of the car makes each drive an engaging prospect. Jason was always quick to communicate and it made the trip hassle-free. I highly recommend this host and this vehicle!

Great car! It came with a 120V portable charging cable. Very clean when we picked it up. The host (Marco) was friendly and responsive to any questions. I loved the car and was sad to return it.
