Guidelines
Smoking is not permitted under any circumstances. A fee will be charged if smoking is suspected. Renter is responsible for any charging costs associated with the trip. Due to the account management of Tesla Supercharger payments, the renter will be charged any charging costs at the end of the trip. An itemized receipt will be uploaded at the end of the trip in the trip photos section. Please return the car with the same level of charge in which it was delivered to you with or 80%, whichever is less. An additional fee may be incurred should the car be returned with less than whatever applies as stated above. This rule does not apply to those who upgrade the the EV Charging extra. There is no pet fee but it is required you return the car free and clear of any pet hair, mess, and smudges. We ask that you please use the provided pet liner. If a delivery location is selected and the delivery location has paid parking, the renter will be responsible for parking charges when picking up and dropping off the car. The maximum amount to be reimbursed by the renter for parking charges when dropping off the car at the end of your trip is $20. Renter is responsible for any tolls and/or tickets incurred during trip. Car needs to be returned as the way it was delivered to you.
