This reservation was canceled due to three prior negative reviews. One review stated that a guest smoked in the vehicle. While Turo allows guests to rebook our vehicles even if they have smoked weed, I personally do not allow any guests with smoking-related reviews to book my vehicle. I believe Turo should take more action to protect our cars in these situations.
