Guidelines
No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, marijuana, etc.) If car is returned with any odor of smoke, a $50 smoking fee will be applied. Car to be returned clean and with same fuel amount as when you received it. A $25 cleaning fee will be applied if car not returned in same condition it was received. Thanks!

Car was not very clean despite me waiting for over an hour in the waiting room for the car to “be cleaned” when I picked it up. Stains on the seat and floors. Menopause vitamins in the center console. I had to wait that long even after calling and requesting to pick up the car 30 minutes later than initially planned. Host is a used car dealership. Host offered me a 15% discount in exchange for me having so long and instructed me to call before I dropped off the car so he could give me the discount. I called as instructed and he directed me to speak to another guy (as he was not on site) at the dealership and that this other guy knew about the discount and make sure I got it. He closed out the trip without entering the discount. I spoke to my original contact Theo to give him a chance to make it right and he hasn’t.
