Second time using the car like I said. Best around hands down

I rented this car in good faith. Unfortunately, you have chosen to not only put in a claim for the windshield but also to driver door.
Please make note your vehicle has many many defects and patch work caused by many other drivers.
Like the claim submitted for more than just ‘ my windshield’ … only.
In addition, telling the present renter there are additional cleaning items in the trunk to “make sure you clean the inside of the car “ is petty. We rent you clean!!!
With other national rental companies you give them an ‘approximate time’ of the pickup and delivery of a vehicle. Not here whatever time you put in … there is no changing it. I had to wait a hour at the airport to just receive it
Be very causes when renting from this party!

A really great experience. Shahzad and his son Hamza are clearly running a very smooth, customer-centric operation! Hamza, handles my check in and check out, and gave a really detailed walkthrough of the car, other drivers’ experiences with the vehicle and was incredibly friendly. Will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in town!
