Any tolls charges incurred during the rental period will be billed to the customer.
Are pets allowed?
Pets of any kind are not allowed. Unless guests have paid for a pet fee per day of the trip that allows small, domesticated animals (e.g. cats, dogs) to be in the vehicle. Any damage, shedding, smells, stains, tears, etc. found will be charged to the guest.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking of any kind not allowed. If a guest if found to have smoked in the vehicle consequences will following including but not limited to additional Turo charges.
Do I have to clean the car?
Guests are not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, this will be reported to Turo.
