Rented this car for how awesome that back seat is, and all of those features. This is a very complicated car, and it has a ton of different systems that are not easy to use... There was no walk through of anything, the guy handing off the keys started the car and told me I needed to send a text in the turo app that the car was clean and I was happy, I tried to talk to the guy and his reply was "did ya send that text?" The car smelt a little of smoke being covered up with a bad air freshener, when I told him this, he didn't really care, stuck his head in the car, said "I don't smell it" then said that they don't have another S650 available. By the time I drove home I had 3 low tire pressure warnings, went to fill the tires myself and found a big bulge in one of them, I was told "not too drive too fast". The car itself is huge and feels that way on the road, driving it is no fun, I was thrilled to hand the keys off and go back to my Tesla. Finally, when I turned the car over, the guy took a look around, then said they are charging a cleaning fee because the floor mats were dirty.... they needed to be vacuumed, that's all. Over $600 for 2 days and they are charging me to vacuum the floor mats?!?! I guess I will be sticking to normal rental companies from now on, at least when you rent something premium they actually treat you like a customer, not a burden. Oh and the TVs in the back are totally useless, they took the remote controls so there is no way to use them.
