Quick and easy trip. Car performed as expected

Jesse was kind and very responsive to questions.
The car was clean, drove well and had great AC (which was key since it was 100° during my trip).
I also really appreciated the phone holder so I could follow directions safely. And the phone charger adapter was handy too!

This was my first experience with Turo and Jesse‘s clear instructions helped make it simple to navigate. I very much appreciated that he was reasonable and responsive to messages.

Battery light came on immediately when picking up vehicle. Messaged host and he indicated it had been checked and all is fine. Drove to event, fine. Left event a few hours later, vehicle died in middle of road, all lights were acting up. Not a good experience. A big hassle, not ideal.

This vehicle is serviced and inspected consistently but sometimes things happen. The alternator went out unfortunately. But as soon as the guest let me know they were having issues I immediately had a tow truck dispatched and had a replacement vehicle delivered to their hotel within an hour. I took care of the guest and make sure they could continue their trip. I believe when problems occur is when you truly see how good a host can be and I made sure I remedied the issue asap!
