Please read below the following guidelines that constitutes an agreement between the owner and the renter. These guidelines are to be followed by all renters and are updated at the owner's discretion and can vary depending on the situation. -We offer delivery and pick up options, if you choose delivery when you book your trip, Turo will charge the delivery fee as part of your total trip cost. If you add delivery after you book, Turo charges the delivery fee then -For each booking (besides Turo Go trips), the driver will be asked to upload 2 pictures: 1. Close up of Driver License 2. Yourself with your license next to your face You can upload these by going into the Turo app, clicking on your trip, look for a tab that says trip photos. Upload these directly from your camera roll (Turo Go trips this step is not needed) -Add any additional drivers so all parties are protected by Turo's plans. You will need to add them using the app or via support agent -There are no trip changes accepted once a trip has begun or if the guest has picked up the car, whichever is sooner. Extensions are subject to the dates being available, make sure your trip dates and times are correct so you can make any changes needed prior to your trip start. Exceptions can only be made in cases of force Majeure -No smoking of any kind which includes: vapes, pens, ecigs, cigarettes, marijuana, sage, any item or device that creates smoke etc. Smoke cleaning fees are billed at $250 -Any stains or drink/food residue will not be covered under the normal cleaning and can be issued the cleaning fee of $150 -If the key fob is lost or damaged and you need a replacement, let us know. You will be invoiced the exact cost of replacing or repairing the key fob to your trip total. We do not charge fees for this but encourage all guests to keep the key fob in a safe place as they're not cheap to repair or replace -Although our cars are for sportier drives, we encourage all guests to be aware of the speed limits and road laws as we are not liable for any tickets that are given to you. We have a strict no reckless driving policy, which includes but is not limited to: red lining, burnouts, drifting, donuts, reckless driving, racing. Our GPS unit is enabled to notify us of these and continual misuse is submitted to Turo for review -You will be welcome to use the car's Sunpass to travel toll roads which are recorded on our Sunpass account and will be billed to you within 3 days of the end of your booking. Tolls vary between $0.25 to $3 with no added fees -We currently do not cover any parking fees, Sunpass parking included. Any parking fees that are issued to the license plate or Sunpass will be passed onto you along with any other penalties that were accrued with the parking ticket -Any gas you use is invoiced to you. We also offer a gas refuel service, you can return the car as is for only $10 plus cost to fill up -Normal cleaning & vacuuming is covered by us for free after each trip. However, please be conscious of excessive garbage or mess, this helps us keep costs lower and pass savings onto you -No pets unless the pet extra fees are paid. All pets must remain inside their carrier whilst inside, as returns with stains or pet hair is billed at $33 per day with a maximum cap of $150 -Any questions on these guidelines are welcome at any time during your booking

• Am I flexible with extra mileage?

  An extra 20-30 miles is no trouble for me. If we find that you have gone above that you will be charged at the per mile rate for the total number of miles gone over. To avoid overage charges kindly message us if you feel that you are going to go over the limit so that we can come to a more cost effective agreement.

• How is this vehicle monitored?

  The vehicle is monitored in real time via a tracker, while we do not monitor your GPS location, we do inform you if we get notified of excessive speeding, hard braking, hard acceleration and/or other vehicle misuse.

• Are your prices similar to traditional car rental companies like Avis, Budget and Enterprise?

  YES! We are aware of their prices and try to offer pricing and facilities very similar to theirs without the extra hassle of unavailability of cars, last-minute car switches and long wait times.
