Dear Customer, thank you for renting our car. Renting our vehicle through TURO App is better and cheaper, it has lower prices that people can afford. At car rental companies, you will have to pay all state fees, insurance fees it could range from $ 10.00 to $ 30.00 per day in case you want to take out full insurance. be sure to check out and compare the prices of the airport car rentals and other companies to realize that you are making a good deal. In order to serve you better, please send us your itinerary and arrival time, and don't forget to add a selfie with your drivers license at hand on the trip photos, and in case you have any doubt, please just send us a message through TURO chat and we will reply as soon as possible! Deliveries at Sanford (SFD) and Orlando (MCO) airports will be made upon arrival at the parking lot. By the time you've already landed, please send us a message. All airport transactions will be done at TERMINAL A, PARKING LEVEL 3, ROW D, and note that a parking fee may apply. ATTENTION: Since some transactions may take more time (them beign pick up or dropoff) or delays may happen on both parts, the customer will have to pay the parking as a refund through the TURO application. There is a toll transponder on the car. The transponder can also be used to enter/exit airport parking lots without tickets. When we left the car for you, we will send you via text message the exact location of the car and where the key will be at. In case you left the car for us, it is necessary that you send us the coordinates of it SUNPASS SERVICE: How do Tolls work? There is a toll transponder on the car. Use it by simply taking an FL toll road and take the SunPass/EZ-Pass lanes. The transponder can also be used to enter/exit airport parking lots without tickets. Simply take on the toll roads. You will get a discount from the posted rates and save time, especially during peak times. Do NOT bring your own mobile Toll transponder/pay coins/cash as you will be double-charged. You can use SunPass during your entire trip. The amount will be charged in up to 20 days by requesting a refund by the TURO application Please, no smoking in the car. You can be penalized it can be up to $ 250.00 Lose the key FOB? Depending on the lost key you can be charged, it can be up to $ 400.00. He is only getting 5 stars bc he promised 15% off for a 5star review. I have rented from his other employees before with no issue. This time was different. I made a reservation for 10am and messaged him the day before the reservation asking if i would be possible to change to 9am to which he responded please make all changes thru the app and i said i would wanted to know if that time was good before i made change (at this pt if it was no good he should have texted back 9am doesnt work) so i made the change and it was approved. The next day at about 8:30 he messages me that 9 is no good can we meet at 10:30 like originally planned (was never 10:30am was 10am originally) i said i couldnt bc i had an appt the latest i could meet was 9:30 but if he cant make the time lmk and i will cancel. So he says i can do 9:30 but after lying and saying turo accepted the change by mistake (which isnt true i have cars on turo only the host can accept the change) so i said ok. Then mind you its past 9am when all of this is going on. So i agree to 9:30 then a few minutes later he texts and ask to change the location. This is the second time he is being unprofessional as he claims to be professional. So now he is changing the time and location when he could have just cancelled the whole trip like i said of it wasnt going to work. So as i am driving to the new location i ask if he can give a discount for all the last minute changes he is making. He did not like that and got all defensive and starts lying again. At this pt im at the new location with the car. He says hes calling turo (lie #3 he never called bc i called and spoke to them, they said he never called) bc he is uncomfortable with me as a guest bc i asked for a discount. I asked why is uncomfortable seeing as i have rented from him before with no issues. He couldnt give a straight answer. So at this pt im annoyed bc im gonna be late now and all this could have been avoided. Then He says i am not right for asking for a discount bc of all the changes and that he was doing ME A FAVOR by trying to change the arrangements for me...im still confused at how changing the location was a favor to help ME out. In the meantime he sneaks into the car i am suppose to rent stops answering me and drives it back to the original location. When he finally answers i say i understand if u dont want to give a discount i only asked bc u changed the time and location last minute when u could have cancelled when i asked the day before about changing to 9am. I ask him to pls let me rent still bc now he really messed me up by making me late with all his games he agrees thats when he says the car is at rhe original location so my Next question is why did u move the car when u knew i was here waiting for you. Also hid from me and couldnt talk to me like an adult just snuck into the car and drove to original location. Then When i get there after 10am! I ask again why he moved the car he says bc this is the pick up location and i said ok then why did u change the location and tell me to go there and then come move the car while i was at the location you told me to be at. And he goes i was doing you a favor car was here at 9am and i said if the car was here at 9am we would have had no problems and if it was here then why did u move it?! Makes no sense. Yes i asked to change to 9am which he agrees to but i asked nothing about changing location at last minute and to say that was a favor to me is a lie. So regardless of the time change, the location change was all on him. I called turo after bc i knew when i brought the car back he would try and charge me for extra things...surprise surprise he tried to charge an extra $20 for cleaning luckily i called turo ahead of time and they denied it! Plus there were pictures so not sure why he was trying to cheat them. This guys claims to be professional and he owns a rental car place as his business. When i told him he was being unprofessionl and asked him why he was lying to my face he couldn’t handle it. So he freaked out bc i asked for a discount and then proceeded not to handle the situation professionally. If you rent from him make sure you take pics and only talk to him on the turo app he was trying to message my private phone but i told Him to txt me on the app bc then u have proof of everything that happened. Turo went over the convo and sided with me. Thanks for the extra %15 percent off Jordan looks like you ended up giving me the discount you didnt want to give lol
