Car is an EV and not to be raced or taken off road, or taken out of state with prior approval. Please pay attention to charging, if you run out of battery you are responsible and will need to be towed. We take pride in our vehicles, we are not a rental car company and do this business because we enjoy it and we care. I came from a past live of travel and rented cars on a weekly basis. A few things you should know, we personally manage our fleet of vehicles are familiar with them and drive them on a weekly basis. Our cars are equipped with GPS, and diagnostic units so we can monitor our cars and their functionality at anytime. We will not rent to any guests less than the age of 25 years old. We will treat you with respect and generosity as long as you show us the same courtesy. Please do not take our vehicles out of state without prior approval. Vehicles are not permitted across the border and the police will be called immediately. Please do not tow anything with our vehciles. Please do not damage our vehicles, and if a scratch our vehicle or an accident happens, please do not hesitate to tell us about it and we can work to get it fixed together. Thank you again for being our guests.

Do you have car seats available for my kids?
YES, we have infant, toddler and booster seats available, please let us know the age and approximate weight of your child to make sure we include the correct seat for you.
Doe my insurance or credit card cover me like it does renting through Enterprise?
It can, but please call your insurance or credit card to confirm. Please tell them you are renting a TURO car from a individual. Not all insurance companies have caught up to the 21st century.
How do I get the keys to the vehicle?
If you have not used TURO before, we are here to make it easy. Whether we meet you in person, of give you an access code this process is so much easier than waiting in a rental car line.
Is this a AWD vehcile?
Yes, this vehicle does have AWD and can be used in all climates. HOWEVER, not approved to be used as an off road vehicle.

Our first time using Turo and we’re greatly impressed by the ease of pickup, driving instructions, and drop off process. Host was gracious to help us adjust our reservation when travel plans changed. Highly responsive host. Car drove well and lasted us far on a day trips around Phoenix.
