Picking up the Tesla is a breeze with Turo Go 24 hour contactless pick up option. The self service option allows you to pull up, unlock the car from the app, and get on the road. Turo will grant you access up to 30 min before the trip start time. Running behind, no worries, your car will be available when you arrive. Detailed instructions for pick up will be sent as a TURO message 24 hours before your pickup and drop-off times. As a reminder this vehicle is Non-Smoking and if there are any hints of the smell of any kind of smoke, there is a $250 fine that will be applied to the cost of the rental. Guidelines I aim to provide an elite level of service for all my guests be that business, leisure, or maybe a night out with a significant other. In order provide a great level service and a luxury experience, I ask that you take the time to review and adhere to the guidelines below. Thank you! 1. Smoking of any kind for any reason is not allowed. There will be a $250 fee for cleaning if there is a hint of cigarette or marijuana smell upon return 2. Please return the Tesla with at least an 80% charge level (If you picked up the car at less than 80% you may return it at the same level of charge). See above for all fees associated with returning below the required charge level. 3. We will cover the cost of any Tesla supercharging or charging and you will be billed directly at the close of your trip (note we charge at cost and do not add a surcharge for this) 4. Tire tread depth will be measured before and after your trip. Excessive wear caused by drifting, track use or other extreme activities will be subject to additional fees. 5. Off-roading is not permitted. Per Turo policy, any dirt roads are also considered "Off-Road" and driving on these is not permitted either. 6. We recommend taking photos of the Tesla at pick up. This ensures if there are any damages upon return you have an accurate record of whether they occurred during your trip.

• What charge level do I need to return the Tesla with?

  To avoid fees, you will need to return the car at equal or greater charge than you received it. (Typically, this will be an 80% or greater charge level).

• How do I charge the Tesla?

  Charging a Tesla is easier and more convenient than filling up a car with gas. All you need to do is enter your destination into the navigation and if charging is needed, the Tesla will automatically include charging stops along the way. It will even let you know the additional time that will be added to your trip with the charge stop.

• How does the Autopilot feature work and is it safe to use?

  The Autopilot feature in the Model 3 is a suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) that can assist with steering, acceleration, and braking on the highway. It is designed to make driving safer and more convenient, but it is not a self-driving system and requires the driver to remain alert and ready to take control at any time. It is important to understand the limitations of the Autopilot system and use it responsibly.
