• How do I take advantage of the FREE car wash & vacuum?

  💦 Our cars come with 1 FREE full-service wash & vacuum at any Super Star Car Wash EVERY DAY! It typically only takes about 15-minutes 🚨Because it’s a soft-top convertible, be sure to ask the attendants to TURN OFF THE TOP BRUSHES BEFORE you drive through the car wash. Just pull-up in the full-service lane & the attendant will use the license plate to lookup our Super Star Membership - just follow the attendants’ instructions to go through the wash & park in the specified detailing lane leaving the car on & key inside for them. While you wait, just relax in either the indoor or outdoor lounge!

• Pick-Up or Delivery?

  ⌚If convenience is more important to you, we offer delivery all around Phoenix -- just change the location through the app! 📲We do our best to accommodate guests and may be able to customize your delivery, please message us with your requests. 💲If saving money is more your thing, the default pick-up/return location is near South Mountain – about a 20 minute Uber ride from Sky Harbor (PHX) Airport.

• Need more time with the car?

  ⌚ Check its availability in the Turo app - and if possible, extend your trip - easy! Send us a message too so we make sure to approve the request right away 💲To avoid late fees, please return the car to the designated location by the scheduled end time. 🚨If you're NOT able to make the change in the Turo app, reach out to us immediately!

• To Fill or Not to Refill?

  ⌚ If you'd rather not worry about refueling, add Pre-Paid Fuel in "Extras," if available; if not available and the fuel level is lower than what it started with, we will upload the receipt to the trip photos when we replace the used gas. 🚨Turo adds a $10 convenience fee to the total amount on the receipt 💲To avoid additional charges, simply replace the gas you used with the specified fuel-type & be sure to leave all fuel receipts in the cup holder when you return the car!
