My first time using Turo and Kwan made it an amazing experience! Car is absolutely beautiful, clean, and such a fun car to drive! Kwan is incredibly organized and communicative! He makes sure you have everything you need prior to picking up the car. The pickup was simple, straight forward, easy to navigate (because phx airport can be like a maze sometimes). I would absolutely recommend and rent again when back in town!

Car was great - a lot of fun. We had a flat on the trip and the host Kwan was very professional and went above and beyond to help is out of the bind and in repairing the vehicle. He made late night and early morning calls until everything was resolved. I would definitely rent again.
