Please look at the Trip Details to see the parking lot address. When you arrive at the parking lot, walk in and after you pass the booths upfront, you will make your first right. Then, walk straight towards the outside covered parking area (where awnings are). Once you find the car, let us know and we will unlock it remotely. The car keys will be inside. IMPORTANT!: per Turo TOS, ID verification for all authorized drivers is required, before the host gives you access/key to the vehicle. The car will be returned to the same place you picked it up from. Not the exact spot, but the same address, same covered parking area. Your host will let you know the row and spot number, exact where the vehicle will be parked.

There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the car. The treatment to get rid of odour is extremely expensive; therefore, it will be reported to Turo if we detect any type of cannabis, cigarette, cigars, or any type of smoking. I love all puppies and it makes me happy to see them enjoying my cars. 🐶🐾

• Where should I pick up the vehicle?

  If you're flying in from another state or city, please check the instructions for airport pick-ups and drop-offs. If you are picking up the vehicle from our parking lot, please see the instructions and trip details for the exact address where the car will be parked.

• Where should I return the car to?

  Pay close attention to the instructions we send you, as they are very detailed and include the location where the vehicle should be dropped off. After you arrive at the parking lot, you will park the car on any stall on row 5 or 6.
