⚠️ Important Car Rental Guidelines ⚠️ 🚗 Return Condition - Additional fees may apply for cars returned with less than a full tank or not returned in the similar condition it was provided. 🐾 Pet Policy - Pets are allowed, but ensure all pet hair is removed before returning the car. - A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for pet hair left behind. 🚭 No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. - A $150 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including smoke odor. 🏖️ Beach Sand Advisory - Vehicles are vacuumed after beach trips, but some sand may remain. Please be understanding of this when renting. ⏰ Late Returns - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. Must also file a claim on Turo 🚦 Toll & Traffic Violations - Guests are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental period.

The car drove pretty well, it the other aspects of the trip were terrible. It took 15 minutes upon arrival to get the keys, and it was a random employee that had to get the keys from the lockbox for me. The car was filthy on the inside and outside. The leather was so grimy, the steering wheel was greasy, and there were fake nails on the floor and seat of the passenger side. The exterior was covered in dust and dirt. The wheels were black from dust and dirt. My friend and I had to wash the car and clean the interior because it was so bad. We basically gave them a free detail of the car. Not a great rental experience overall.

DONT RENT FROM THEM!
I initially rented an m3. On check in I noticed the ac wasn’t working - and I made the gentleman who worked there aware. He said “you must not be from around here it’ll cool down once you move the car.” I took his word, drove the car around the entire day in 100 degree weather with a HOT ac. I notified them, they told me to bring the car back for inspection. I wanted it to be changed out expeditiously but they insisted on checking the ac 10x before switching me to a diff car, taking 2 hours out of my vacation time. Then, I made sure to ask if it was ok to leave the gas as is, 3/4 full bc of the inconvenience and they told me YES. 4 hours after dropping the bmw off I got an invoice from them for around 70 bucks for gas 😂. I am escalating this to turo support, and be aware of these scam artists.
