This was my first experience with Turo after a friend had suggested that I tried it out. I was a little skeptical about it at first but I still gave it tried. Robert was very helpful with the process of me getting the car. when I got the car he said I can take as much picture as want to make sure I kept the car in the same condition it was giving to me and I did. there was a few issues that i came across one was Jelly on the steering wheel and chair which was not a problem cause I was planning to wipe the car down with sanitize wipe. good thing I have a habit of checking everything even tires when I get a rental, I notice there was a slash on the two driver side tires. I contact Robert about it and he answer me right away, he said I can return the vehicle and get a full refund for it or take it to a dealer not to far from where I pick up the car. the Mechanic check out the tires and he inform me and Robert that the slash is not deep so the car is okay to drive but if I want to wait he can also change the tires which will take to about an hour to an hour and thirty minute but I was be hide on my trip so I decided to not wait and take the car on my trip. I should of return the car cause i had to put air in the car a couple of time cause the tire pressure indicator light came on. I message Robert about it. over all it was a great ride and i will do it again.
