When I received the car it had a dog smell. The car was very dirty. There was candy wrappers, stains on the ceiling, ashes on the floor and the car was not whipped down or disinfected. There was rips and tears near the dash board. Also, the gas tank was not completely full when we received the car. It was just a very uncomfortable feeling being in the car. I did make a complaint and the owner said she will reimburse me for the car wash that we paid for however, we just paid for it and didn’t even bother asking for the money back. We also was not comfortable driving on the highway because one of the tires was a donut tire so it made an awful noise while driving in the highway. I’m glad we stayed in the city. I honestly wish I could post pictures of the vehicle. The only thing I can say is that the customer service was great but the car overall was horrible.

Sorry for the bad experience! Some customers won’t listen to our instructions and do not care of the car. It is a little bit rush for us to rent out. That’s my bad! We checked the car about the tires. Actually there is not any donut on it. That’s a misunderstanding. I hope you could bring good experience to you next time!

I enjoyed this car. Prev renter left inside dirty and tank headed towards E but the car and communication was on point. Would rent again. Location is great too.
