It's a fun, sporty car that's good for everyday use to running around town handling errands to hitting the open road for a road trip and everything in-between. It gives excellent miles per gallon 30city/38highyway to be exact. Also, it'll give you that peace of mind knowing that gas isn't going to put a dent in your pocket. Take it for a spend for a day or two and see why this is the go-to car for reliability and sporty. This car comes with Bluetooth 🎶🎤, lane departure, cruise control, power windows, USB, FWD, and backup camera. This car comes super cleaned and smelling like spring. 🌱🌹☀️ Drive safe and have fun! 🚗💨 Under turo Philadelphia Airport policy. Host must park the car in the airport garage for guest pickup and returned back to the garage after each trip.

He is a great host and I will definitely rent from him again when I come back.

The car was fine. It worked well but the windshield was dirty when i received the car. When I tried to clean it with windshield wiper fluid - nothing came out and they didn’t really do anything. I didn’t pay it much attention because I just figured I would stop at a gas station to clean it and then I could just use the wipers like regular. Fast forward to the drive back and it is now snowing. I tried to use the wipers to clear the snow and water from the windshield and all it does is smear across the windshield to the point where I can’t see anything but a blur of taillights and I had to try and find a single clear spot to look out of to drive to a gas station. If you have ever been on the PA turnpike, you know that after a certain point- there are not rest stops in the area for 15-20 miles. I stopped at 3 different gas stations trying to fix the wipers when I finally gave up and called Turo. I reached out to the host to let him know what was going on and what I received back was the most selfish, disgraceful, and heartless conversation I have had in my life. He had absolutely no concern for my safety or compassion for the situation he put me in. At the 3rd gas station- I told the host what had happened up to that point- he was saying that he was hoping that the wiper fluid didn’t freeze. Now- I’m not an auto mechanic but I have never heard of that happening in 20 degree weather but anything is possible. I asked an attendant at the station to help me and when we both looked under the hood - there was in fact no wiper fluid in the car and it was completely dry as of none had been in there for a while. At this point- I called Turo to initiate getting a tow truck to get the car. Turo calls the host and the host refuses the tow and asks to speak to me to see if he can convince me to drive the car back. I explain again what is going on and he asks me “how heavy is the snow? How long will it snow for?” Basically ignoring what the problem is to get me to drive this unsafe car because he does not want me to abandon the car -which was never even on the table in my eyes. He did not care at all what could happen to me if I did this. He did not care if I got into an accident because I couldn’t see. He did not care if I caused an accident because I couldn’t see. He just wanted his car back. I was waiting for 10 hours waiting for a tow and at no point did he ever ask if I was okay. Just “take your time and drive safe.” I will not rent from Lumumba again. That level of apathy when it comes to my safety is a hard line to cross with me. And I do not recommend him either.
Hi Jonecia,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you had a less-than-ideal experience with the vehicle. Before delivery, I always perform a full inspection & address any issues promptly. If something can not be resolved in time, I make sure to inform my guests beforehand so we can plan accordingly.
As for the weather, unfortunately, that’s out of my control, but I understand how it may have impacted your experience. I apologize & appreciate your understanding.
Best,
L

Picked the car up at the airport, on time and where it was supposed to be. But there was a $20 extra 'airport' fee for picking up at the airport, plus I had to pay $28 to get the car out of the parking lot! What a waste of $. It would have been better to Uber to pick up.
Also, the outside of the car was very dirty. The inside was passable. It seems like the cost was high, for what it was.
