A airtag was placed in the vehicle without notifying me which is against turos policy. The vehicle also had an odor.

Vehicle is tracked per TURO vehicle tracking policy and detailed information was provided about this. This is a turo requirement for insurance and vehicle safety purposes and guest is notified in pre trip instruction. Guest chose not to read the information.

Could've gotten 5 stars, but the car was better than the host. His customer service ethics are not good at all. Believe the reviews on here & Google. I have 5 plus years on Turo and never had a host complain or stop me from taking pics of the vehicle prior to the trip 🚩 his excuse was we might bump into each other while taking pictures.

We always ask guest to allow us to take photos prior to getting in the vehicle and start the check in process. No one asked the guest not to take photos simply allow us to do so before they begin the check in. Which is what we did. Thank you!
