While Ricardo was very pleasant and the location of the car was rather accessible, there was a safety issue that involved a blown out front left headlight. I did have to travel at night so it brought concern to me. He offered to get it serviced during my time or for me to get it fixed and he reimburse me for it. I didn’t feel it was my responsibility. Overall ok experience
