Will the vehicle be disinfected?
Yes, the vehicle is cleaned and disinfected to Turo’s guidelines.
Do I have to pay for parking at the airport?
Yes, I try my best to drop the vehicle off as close to your pickup time as possible. This isn’t always possible and may cost up to $12 to get the vehicle out of parking. I’ll cover the parking charge when you drop the vehicle back off.
Can we pick up at 2 am?
Absolutely, we offer contactless pickup and can accommodate 24/7. Just be aware of the parking fee of up to $12 as the vehicle will be there long before your trip start time.
Do I need to wash the vehicle when I return it?
When returning, the car must be clean enough to show that there isn’t any damage. Dirt and bugs are fine, you don’t have to wash the car unless it’s completely filthy.
