We all sat comfortably with room to spare. Excellent Customer Service as I opted for it to be delivered. The car was delivered on time and had cold Fiji water bottles. I am a South Florida local and this was my first experience with Turo and I could not have asked for a better host! The vehicle was exactly as shown, very clean and comfortable. We took it on a trip from Pembroke Pines to Tampa and back, and had no issues at all. The gas mileage was excellent (we only had to refuel twice) and the radio and Apple Play was a great help, not to mention the perk of having the sunroof. Jack was an amazing host! He met with us and explained everything about the car and even threw in a goodie basket for us complete with waters, hand sanitizer wipes, and mini garbage bags for our trip. Everything he provided came in handy during our trip, we couldn’t be happier with this surprise! Upon returning the vehicle we were running late due to traffic, but Jack was incredibly accommodating and kept an open line of communication with us at all times, making check out stress free and a breeze. Thank you so much Jack for your hospitality, I can’t wait to rebook with you in the future, you will always be our first choice!

Carlos made sure the car was clean and sanitized. He was responsive to messages and accommodating. The car was enough room and gas efficient for our two family vacation. We were able to fit 8 comfortably in the car. You can’t beat the price compared to any rental service.

I really loved this car, it was very clean and the hosts even provided beach items for my son and I. They let my son climb around before we got on the road so he could stand up with the roof open. They suggested great places for lunch and were very accommodating and responsive when I had questions. Definitely will keep renting whenever I’m in south Florida. Absolutely love this car! One of the safest cars you can take on the road. Mario and Anna were kind, responsive and provided car seat covers for our kids with no additional charge. Wish I could leave 6 stars! Can’t wait to rent from them again.

It was amazing and the car drove so smooth. The car was clean, easy to pick up and Adil was so nice along the way. I loved the car! We wanted to compare it to other suvs, but this Toyota won it by a landslide. I felt safe to drive this car, it had great features that you can enable to assist you easier. Backup cam, cruise control, lane assistance, spacious trunk. Definitely will be renting in the future until I get my suv 🙂 thanks adil!

This was my first Turo rental and I was very apprehensive. However, Natalia and her team were outstanding. Natalia was responsive, sent me instructional videos on how to operate the vehicle, and brought the car to me. I rented her Urus with only 3 hours notice. She immediately contacted me informing me the vehicle was being washed and prepared for delivery. The vehicle was outstanding and just as expected. Her service exceeded expectations. I will definitely be renting from her again.
