If damage is less than deductible You further agree to pay us directly and immediately for those damages no later than 24 hours from the trip end time. 2- You agree to provide a copy of your driver's license. 3- You agree to our terms and conditions to proceed with direct collection efforts including negative reporting to your credit file if you fail to pay your responsibilities. 4- You agree to immediately file a police report in case of any incident, never leave the scene before doing so, and to provide us with a copy including all details, driver exchange information, reports, photos, parties involved, etc. 5-You agree to pick up and drop off the vehicle in PERSON, no one else is authorized to do so on your behalf, failure to do so is subject to cancellation and appropriate fine & penalty. 6-You, agree that no one else will be permitted to drive the vehicle unless you add the driver to the trip and confirm approval. 7-You agree that the vehicle will not be used in any illegal activity or non-permitted use, including but not limited to, excessive acceleration, drag racing, drifting, tire burnout, drug use or transportation, prostitution or trafficking, child abduction, terrorist activities, weapon transportation, crossing State Line without prior approval. 8- You agree that if you go through any toll roads you will pay for it. • Can I smoke in the car?

  No. There will be a $500 fee charged to the driver at the end of the trip.

• Do I need to fill up the tank?

  You must return the car at the same gas level you rented it at. There will be a $50 charge plus the price of fuel. Or you can select the pre-paid refuel extra for $50, and return it as is.

• Do I need to pay for tolls?

  Yes. All tolls and ticket violations will be billed at the end of your trip.

• Are there any late fees?

  Yes. Things happen in life, but communication is key. Call and alert me of any trip changes and we can arrange for accommodations. Otherwise, a $50 late fee will be charged at the end of your trip.

• Do I need to wash or vacuum the car?

  In a perfect world, you would be able to return the car just as you received it. Things happen in the event that you are unable to clean the car prior to your return you will not be charged a fee as long as there is no excessive cleaning needed. In the event that the car needs to be cleaned the renter will be charged a $25 cleaning fee at the end of your trip. You can always add the extra “post-trip cleaning” to your trip for $15 and return the car as is.

• Can I extend or modify my rental or trip?
