Good communicator. Responsive and accommodating. Really appreciated the rides to/from the airport!! We had an issue with the car, and Michelle met us with a new vehicle which we were able to easily swap out. Our vacation was minimally impacted due to her quick responsiveness.

Car was great, performed well and fun to drive. Highly recommend something like this for touring the island. Pickup and drop off were simple and fast as well. Communication also was great. Experience as a whole was excellent.

2 things to note though as I don’t see these in other reviews. These are subjective and may not bother everyone, your experience may also vary. First, we experienced a considerable drone a the low highway speeds. Being a performance vehicle may contribute as well as this being a convertible where a soft top does little to block noise. Not a dealbreaker by any means. Second, CarPlay in this vehicle means you can plug in your phone or use Bluetooth to play audio and take calls. It does not mean you can see the phone apps like your navigation or anything that makes CarPlay useful. I’m an Apple employee and was very confused when the car which does prompt you about CarPlay, never shows a CarPlay screen. This may be because this mustang does not have built in navigation and that’s sometimes the button/screen that is replaced by the CarPlay screen. This was our only real annoyance as we had to setup Bluetooth every time we got in the car, it wouldn’t remember our device and our plug in cable didn’t play music smoothly (not sure why, could be our cable). Again, not having true CarPlay may not matter to most but not having navigation on the screen was a pain for navigating the tricky streets of Oahu. Maybe I was doing something wrong but I highly doubt it. I’ve had a ton of CarPlay experience in a wide variety of vehicles and I expect that when a car is offered with CarPlay (I only rent cars offering CarPlay) that it offer the standard CarPlay screens and apps as a minimum and not only the audio portion. I asked our pickup driver about it and he said he had not seen the true CarPlay screen either.
