First time using Turo, I do not have confidence on how good the experience will be especially when I had to choose the car with the host that has no reviews. At the time, I have to gamble and try it out. I first reserved the car for the BMW from Jessica and texted her the following morning to confirm. She told me as soon as possible that the car is not available and work on swapping the car from BMW 5 series to Mercedes CLA AMG. The whole process is nerve racking but Jessica has been putting a lot of effort into it to make it happen with Turo customer service. She is really responsible for what she does and make herself flexible when I decided to return the car earlier than the check out date and time. The car is well maintained, nice and clean. As a first time user, I would recommend everyone to rent a car from her. Her response time on questions really fast and also send me a quick reminder on the important things to do. Thank you Jessica.
