Communication: The communication needs serious improvement. If I’m getting the same car but with a different color, I would like to be notified and consulted with. No one should be finding surprises when picking up the car. Additionally, if you promised to make up the price difference (the blue one was 7 dollars cheaper per day than the white one I rented), you, as the owner, have to write that down somewhere to remind yourself. But if you’re going to yell at me (literally, he yelled at me for a good 5 minutes) and telling me that you don’t remember what you said, then it’s messed up.
