Everything about my experience was smooth and there customer service skills are on point. I will definitely rent from them again.

Jay from Crown One Motor was AMAZING!! His communication was quick & professional and he was very accommodating. Pick up & drop off was easy and convenient. The only reason I gave them 3 instead of 5 stars are due to the following issues with the rental. #1) The front two tires were bald on the outer edges. #2) It needs a wheel alignment (even though it had one in October 2019 paperwork in glove department) resulting in the steering wheel being cocked to the left when driving straight. #3) When you hit a bump it snatches the steering wheel away because it needs a new front end alignment. #4) The previous renter did not return it cleaned and the previous renter left some residue on the back seat and driver side backseat passenger floor. However, I informed Jay of the issues and he apologized and gave me a discount on my next rental with them. I will give them another try at the end of the month when I fly back into town and post an updated review.
