No marijuana either! There will be an additional charge for special deodorizing and cleaning if the vehicle returns with cigarette and marijuana odors. • You will have to reimburse for all citations issued to this vehicle during your rental period. • Tolls are covered with the license plate and will be charged after the rental. Transponder number: 04759821 • Please no PETS allowed • Please be mindful of messes in the vehicle, any excessive messes will incur additional charges.

So long as the car is available thats not a problem.

Unless you elected for the prepaid fuel, then yes or you'll be charged that fee.
Can I get access to the car before my rental period starts?
Unfortunately, unless you have moved your reservation up to an earlier time which we can easily accommodate so long as the vehicle is available, you will not have access to the vehicle.
