The car and rental experience was great! Colleen was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. I had multiple changes in my visit to KC and Colleen was happy, professional and willing to accommodate. Highly recommend!

The heater in the car was blowing cold air intermittently when we were driving the night before this trip started, so it was not up to our standards to rent it out. We feel terrible and updated the calendar, but not before someone had booked it.
