Pickup and drop off was very easy. Host also had fast communication. However, the car did shake as if it needed breaks and rotors. I reached out to Kelli and she said she would get it addressed.

Mmm I’d probably rent from them again if I wanted a super cheap car but I wouldn’t if I wanted personal care. This is a management company not a person to person so I felt like they didn’t care as much as P2P would. I also had to ask how I’d get the keys and didn’t hear from anyone at all before my trip started which was weird. No “will see you tomorrow” or anything like that. And they don’t respond in the messages, you have to text. Again, cheap rental, it’s not terrible but for a personal experience, try another vehicle.
