Be aware: Tolls will be billed separately and has a SunPass sticker for your convenience. This is a NON SMOKING Vehicle - Turo will charge a $250 fee per incident. Tesla app offered at no extra charge. If you want to use the app to manage the car, I will send you a link to my Tesla app account. If you don't have Tesla account, download the tesla app and follow the the instructions. Don’t worry if you are not familiar with a Tesla, I can easily show you everything you need to know within just a few minutes. I will bill you through Turo once your trip is complete, OR YOU CAN SELECT THE $95 EV PREPAID OPTION ( PRE-PAID EV OPTION IS ONLY FOR TRIPS WITHIN THE STATE OF FLORIDA) for the whole trip and all Supercharging stations will be included. THIS CAR IS NON-SMOKING AND NO PET ODOR. IF THIS CARS IS RETURNED WITH SMOKE OR PET ODOR YOU WILL GET BILLED FOR A $50 CLEANING FEE (TO WIPE DOWN THE ENTIRE CAR), AND A $250 SMOKE FEE (TO OZONE THE SMELL OUT). IF THE CAR IS RETURNED WITH AN AIR FRESHENER YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE $50 CLEANING AND $50 SMOKE FEES AUTOMATICALLY. We would not want to have to charge the $100 or more, and we are absolutely sure you would not want to pay it either. So please please please don’t smoke or bring pets into this car for the sake of guests who are allergic to either one. Sand is very difficult to remove from our cars and requires additional time to vacuum and wipe down. Therefore, if the car is returned with sand there will be an additional cleaning fee of $25-$100 depending on the time we spend cleaning it. FOR OUR EV: You must not let the battery go down below 25 miles before recharging. This is very unhealthy for the battery and reduces the life of the battery. Therefore we charge a $50 fee per occurrence. Please be mindful of this. REMEMBER: We do not profit off of these additional fees. These fees simply help us to cover additional costs these inconveniences cause us in the form of time and labor. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Usually hotels or hospitals have destination charging stations (NOT SUPERCHARGE STATIONS), those stations are complementary to the guests, just slower in charging the car.

My first time renting through Turo and Omar made my first experience very easy , upon pick he made sure he sent me a video on how to drive his car being it was my first time driving a Tesla , I only had to reach out to him once to make sure I was doing something right and he responded immediately . The car was clean and equipped for my little one . Absolutely loved driving this car . He made sure I knew everything I needed to know to know . Will use again my next trip to the area .

Omar was very responsive and accommodating. No complaints on customer service. The dash screen was unresponsive a few times and the battery didn’t hold a as much of a charge as it’s specs. However, the car overall served us a great experience.

Clean car. Excellent owner communication. Trouble with getting locked out of the car, yet Omar fixed that quickly. Only real issue was there were no working charging ports at our hotel or near buy so we were unable to charge before we dropped off.
