Guidelines
Turo Trip Protection Policy: for insurance purposes, guests have a grace period after reservation time finished up to 29 min, after that, guest might be subject to LATE FEES and will be responsible if an incident takes place after that. For that reason we encourage all guests to communicate with the host as soon as possible and request a TRIP EXTENSION, that way you will be covered until you return the vehicle. I will make sure it gets immediately approved if the vehicle is available.

Nicholas communication was awesome, easy pickup and drop off. The car may need to go in for servicing soon. Other than that, it was worth the price and I’d rent from him again.

The car was great quality very clean and so nice. Nicholas was amazing to communicate with! Very kind and was nice when asked to change drop off times! Easy car to pick up and drop off straight at the airport. However; was told there wound be AUX input and USB input for charging and playing music on phones, but both were broken when asked if they worked or not. We had to buy a bluetooth connecter to play music.

Car is really great and Nicholas was super responsive. Super affordable for gas and I didn’t have to fill up until my 5th full day of driving around the Kissimmee and Orlando area. The only thing I can really point out that was an “issue” was that the windshield wipers were not very good at their job and the breaks squeak a little bit very minor issues and I overall enjoyed the rental very much. I’d definitely rent again
