Can my friends/family members drive the vehicle?
Yes, as long as they are legally licensed and added as a registered Driver with Turo after booking the vehicle, they can! Turo doesn’t charge for adding additional drivers however the primary renter may need to be present for pick up and drop off.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING TICKETS AND TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS?
The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any parking citations and/or traffic violations incurred during their rental period. All customers should pay their citations and/or traffic violations immediately to avoid additional fees. If a parking citation and/or traffic violation is received in the mail, the customer will be responsible for the amount of the citation plus an administrative fee.
WHERE WILL I RETURN THE VEHICLE?
Our vehicles must be returned to the location indicated as your booked drop off or return location. You are not allowed to return the vehicle or leave the vehicle at any other drop off point or facility unless approved by Host
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO PICK UP MY RENTAL CAR?
An acceptable, valid driver's license issued from your country of residence must be presented at the time of rental.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT YOUR VEHICLES ARE SAFE FROM THE COVID-19 VIRUS?
Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers. We are using EPA-certified disinfectants before and after each rental, with special attention paid to: steering wheels, dashboards, hand grips, radio dials, cup holders, center consoles, door handles both inside and outside, Key/key fob, seat belts, climate panels, among any other high-touch areas. Multiple cleanings are done for each vehicle.
DO I HAVE TO REFUEL THE VEHICLE BEFORE RETURNING?
All vehicles must be refueled to the same level that you received at the time of pick up. For your convenience we offer Prepaid Refuel which allows you to return my car at any fuel level. Add this Extra while booking the vehicle. If you are running late to return the rental and you could not refuel or chose not to pre-pay your fuel, bring back the vehicle, and we can refuel it.
CAN I RETURN THE VEHICLE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
Yes, we do offer one-way trip rentals between select locations. Add this Extra while booking the vehicle. A one-way $120 fee may apply. Up to 50 miles radius from vehicle pick up location in Orlando.
I’VE SELECTED AIRPORT DROP OFF AND PICK UP, WHERE DO I GET MY RENTAL?
Turo has a delivery agreement with Florida Airports which includes instructions for efficient, safe, and airport-approved delivery. Hosts are prohibited from delivering rentals at Main Terminal Curbside. The vehicle will be parked at the airport parking lot with clear instructions on retrieving your rental prior to your trip start time. Guests are responsible for parking tickets for both pick up and drop off.
CAN MY PET TRAVEL IN THE VEHICLE?
Unfortunately this is a non-pet-friendly vehicle. We can charge you a cleaning fee if you return the car with significant amounts of pet hair and Turo can remove you from the platform for violating the Terms of Service.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN RETURNING THE CAR?
Please make sure that you have not left anything inside the vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any forgotten items or lost property.
CAN I EXTEND MY RENTAL BEYOND THE ORIGINAL RETURN DATE ?
Yes, you are able to extend at anytime depending on availability of vehicle. Simply send the extension request to confirm.

Rental vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when picked up. If the vehicle is excessively damaged, dirty or otherwise impaired, a service fee may be assessed after inspection of the vehicle.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE WHEN PICKING UP THE CAR?
Please make sure to contact us if you are going to arrive later than the specified pick-up time. Failure to contact us will cause the reservation to be cancelled an hour after the scheduled pick-up time. The vehicle may also not be available anymore at the time of pick-up.

WHAT PROCEDURE SHOULD I FOLLOW IN CASE I AM INVOLVED IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT WITH THE RENTAL CAR ?
In case you are involved in a traffic accident with the rental, you must contact the emergency line immediately. Wait for local authorities to arrive in order to file a police report, you must also provide the Incident info card listed in the glove compartment, never leave the scene before doing so. In addition, you must contact the Host/Turo directly in order to process a full report by providing the crash report, driver exchange information, etc.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN THE VEHICLE?
We operate on a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. We will enforce a smoking fee to the renter if a returned vehicle requires special cleaning to remove or repair any evidence of smoking. This includes allowing cigarette/cigar ash or burns into the vehicle, vaping, cannabis odor/debris, etc.
DO YOU HAVE A CLEANING POLICY?
We expect rental cars to be returned in the same clean condition that they were first rented in. If a vehicle requires excessive cleaning or special cleaning products for upholstery cleaning, spills, stains, beach sand, excessive dust, mud, crumbs of food, etc, a cleaning fee will be applied to your overall rental cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE WHEN RETURNING THE CAR?
Please make sure to contact us if you are going to arrive later than the specified return time. The vehicle should be returned on time as the next renter may be scheduled immediately after your return.
CAN I TAKE THE RENTAL CAR OUT OF FLORIDA ? TO A DIFFERENT STATE ?
The short answer is no! Many of the big rental car companies in the US don't restrict driving out of state, but on TURO it’s completely prohibited. Feel free to explore the beautiful state of Florida with the rental.

Hmmm 🤔 where do I start! First of all this young man brought me the car in excellent condition I mean it was clean and smelled great. On time with the drop off and even picked it up somewhere around Orlando I think near the airport area idk but didn’t even bother him a bit. I will be using your vehicle the next time I’m in Orlando thank you Tony.
