Everything went great with pick up and drop off. Dennis was a great host and very responsive. I didn’t realize I had to pay $19 to get the car out of the lot. Maybe I missed that at booking but it would’ve been nice to know. Not complaining because the car was waiting for me at the airport with no $100 to $200 drop off fee and that’s priceless. Nice car overall. I like cars I rent to be turn key. I like them with a full tank and ready to go especially when I’m not familiar with the area and I like them washed. Unfortunately, this vehicle was neither when I picked it up. Didn’t have a fresh interior or exterior and had a half tank of gas. Other than that smooth ride, comfortable car and responsive host.
