Guidelines
NO SMOKING NO CIGARS NO DRINKs (except water) NO FOOD NO PETS When RE-FUELING regular fuel, thank you! Car will be delivered with a full tank, please return vehicle with a full tank or get the prepaid fuel option in "extras". There will be a $10 convenience fee in addition to refueling amount if vehicle is brought back with less than full tank. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. There is a $150 fee if there is smoking in the vehicle or any kind of fragrance to conceal it. Late fee~ Please note vehicle is not covered under Turo's protection plan past your scheduled trip end time. If you are running late please communicate this. PARKING TICKET~ Please inform me of any parking tickets you may have gotten and know that you are responsible to pay them in a timely manner. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. This host risked my husband and I life to make a quick buck. Not only did this guy give us a car with 2 bald tires, engine light on, ABS light on, he could have gotten me and my husband in a seriously bad car accident Mechanic stated when having to replace 2 tires. Wish I can upload the photos to show you all how careless this hosts is and how nonchalant he was about putting our life in danger. Because of this host incompetents and neglect to maintenance his car not replacing the bald tires, wire was exposed, tire treads were completely GONE on the inside of the rear tire. Once the car hit over 60 it shaked violently, rattled, the tires were wobbly and felt like they were going to fall off. Steering wheel didn't drive straight either. UNSAFE and dangerous. He knew he had two bad tires and still risked somoenes life letting them drive a unsafe car. Had to file a claim on this guy, turo will be investigating him. This hosts carelessness therefore mad us get a flat tire on the middle of a busy highway, I missed my aunts funeral/wake in result of this. Looking into getting a lawyer to press reckless endangerment charges against this host and his business. I warn you do not book this guy he does not maintain his cars and he will put yur life at risk to make money. He then lied and told turo he had good tires when he knew he didn't. He refused to give partial refund/reimbursement for his negligence. I hope turo bans him before someone loses their life.

Again, thank you for booking with UL Rentals and I apologize for any delays this may have caused during your trip. Start of your trip the car had 2 new tires in the front and the back had 50% life. YOU hit a pothole and destroyed one of the back tires THEN the ABS and TC light came on. Both back tires were then replaced and I immediately venmo you the funds. I explained i cant discount current trip, offered you significant discount for future. You also went 843 miles over and refused to pay!!
