Great trip! Amazing host! Not a knock on Kimberly, but if you are an Android user like myself, this vehicle has Apple connects so prepare ahead of time for alternative charging on long road trips! 😉! All in all, great ride, surprisingly great on gas and road mileage! With rising gas prices, vehicle did not break my pockets

I highly recommend renting this car for your trip. Niquae was wonderful. He made it so easy for us to get the car. As we walked by the rental agency desks with huge lines (at least a 40 min ordeal), we walked outside and he was there waiting for us with the car. It was seamless...and half the price of the rental agencies. The car was clean and in perfect condition. I don't think I will ever go back to a rental agency again after this experience. If you are hesitating, trust me, just do it. Really great experience!

Brandan’s service was excellent! The car was immaculate, parked right outside the baggage claim with key and funds to pay for parking. Brandan even gave us tips about best routes to take at rush hour. Seamless experience!

Rental was extremely convenient from the airport- WAY easier/quicker on pick up and drop off compared to a rental agency-walk out of arrivals and get the key/drive up to departures and drop off the key- took seconds. (I believe better priced as well). Great communication and flexibility with my flight arrival/departure. Car looks brand new, rides nicely, plenty of space. Owner super friendly... I would not hesitate to rent again!

Genay was very accommodating, and the vehicle was clean and well functioning. Ac and media worked well, and the vehicle gives good gas mileage. Hand sanitizer and water bottles were generously provided. I would rent from Genay again, without any hesitation or reservations.

Communication throughout the rental process was thorough. Quick response time while communicating. The rental car was immaculate and a pleasure to drive. Parking fee at airport for the rental car was covered which was a nice surprise. John and Cami were extremely accommodating throughout the entire rental, including through some unfortunate flight delays. They charged the car to 100% prior to my pickup and were quick to respond to any communications. Their model y is well maintained and autopilot made driving very easy. Clean car. Brand new. Friendly renters, very easy to find the vehicle. My one and only “complaint” was they used a cheap prepaid card for clients to get the vehicle out of short term [read expensive] parking upon arrival. When your flight gets delayed 8 hours…that “convenience” becomes pretty expensive…and the cherry on top is not being able to use any portion of the prepaid card because the parking fee is greater than what’s loaded on the card. In this crazy post COVID world of flight cancellations…that strategy might bear rethinking. That being said, my delays are not their fault, and as long as everything goes as planned…pickup in short term parking would otherwise be a nice touch.

Great car & host. Only issue is the car is front wheel drive only & was listed as All Wheel Drive. Otherwise my rental experience & experience with the car was excelent.

Super easy pickup and drop off at the airport garage. Owner was responsive but also didn’t bother us. The Jeep has some exterior wear and tear but it was clean, drove well, & everything worked as it should. It was perfect for our casual driving around the Outer Banks (we loved being able to push the top back). Only downside is related to contactless pickup, which wouldn’t stop me from renting again but I wanted to include for other renters to be better prepared: 1. You have to pay the parking fee at the airport when picking up the vehicle (it’s only $10 and is worth the convenience). 2. There isn’t anyone to walk you thru special instructions for using the vehicle (we weren’t used to the soft top & the garage was pretty dark with terrible cell phone reception… so we had to make our luggage fit without opening the back window then drive to a parking lot to look up a video for opening/closing the back to ensure we didn’t do it wrong (i.e. we wanted to be sure we didn’t mess anything up)). I think we overlooked the fact pickup would be contactless, or we would have looked this up beforehand.

Beautiful car and Ahnas is a very responsive host; was immediately available and triaged an issue quickly. I appreciated that the umbrella that came with the car from the factory was still in the trunk because it rained for the first 3 days of my trip and I would have had to buy one otherwise. Thanks for the lovely trip.

The trip and the vehicle went perfect. Was a little bummed the radio had malfunctioned right before the trip and wasn’t able to have music or gps on the display but things happen. Truck drove great and had no issues with pickup or delivery and was able to get it a little early since my flight came in earlier then expected. Communication was easy and could get in touch easily if need be
