This car needs no introduction.!!!!! The 2020 Tesla Model 3 is one of the most anticipated cars in recent history. Why? And you get to experience it first hand. Super clean car with all white interior and leather seats with heating front/back seats. With 15' inch touch screen. Watch your favorite shows on Youtube tv, play video games or Netflix from the comfort of the car while you are charging or just relaxing inside the car. (This feature only works while parked) Comfortable 5 seater with Foldable back seat for extra space. Space for storage in front trunk and in back trunk. Gps, 4g lte internet access, bluetooth and many more features. SAFETY: Model 3 is designed with safety as the first priority. The floor-mounted battery lowers the center of gravity so that the risk of rollover is about half that of any vehicle in its class. No drag racing Limit excess lotions (Sunscreen, suntan, moisturizers, etc) Be careful when opening the doors not to ding them against other cars or walls Return with same charge given unless purchasing our EV Recharge Extra (Please leave at least 30 miles) ***Please don't let car battery go low as it will damage battery life, there is plenty of charging stations to charge it anytime. ⛔️ Our Teslas can only be driven in the USA. 🗺 ⛔️ Please do NOT bring sand, dirt, sharp objects inside the Tesla to avoid damage to seats and interior trim. ⛔️ Please do NOT transport anything that can leak and cause damage. ⛔️ Please return the car in CLEAN condition inside and out unless purchasing our Post Trip Cleaning Extra Please double check that your name on Turo matches legal name on your driver's license exactly. If you have a child car seat I can provide a blanket to protect the leather. Car will be given to you freshly washed, please return the car in the same conditions that was given to you. If you do not have time to wash you may select the hassle-free car wash option provided in our extra services.

  • How do I charge the car?

    The Tesla Model 3 has a built-in charge-location tracker. On the 15” display, on the left side of the interactive map, there is an electricity icon -- press it to display all nearby Tesla Superchargers (red on the map) and regular EV charging stations (gray on the map) There are multiple ways to open the Model 3’s charge port. The two easiest ways are to 1) simply press the the cover (rear driver’s side, adjacent to tail light) while the car is unlocked, or 2) press the charge icon from the main menu while the vehicle is in Park. To close the port simply disconnect from the charger and go inside the car and it will close on its own. If it does not please close from the screen. NEVER force it closed TESLA SUPERCHARGING If you are at a Tesla Supercharger station, simply plug the Supercharger cord into the Model 3 charge port to begin charging. (Note: Tesla Supercharging costs about $3 per 50 miles of juice. I will ask for reimbursement for any Supercharging at the end of the rental period.) ***Disconnect as soon as vehicle is charged or Idle fees will apply (Learn about idle fees below) THIRD PARTY EV CHARGING You can also charge at ANY EV charging station -- simply use the Tesla power converter, located in trunk, and attach that to the end of any standard charging cord. Note: you will need mobile phone payment capabilities for many third party EV chargers Note: You should not leave the car in the charge spot, once the charge is complete. This is a courtesy to other's needing to charge. Also, Tesla does charge an idle fee if you stay plugged in after your charge after too long.

  • What are supercharger idle fees?

    All Teslas can incur idle fees that start after a 5 minute grace period when charging at a Supercharger is completed. For every additional minute a car remains connected to the Supercharger while in this "idle" state it will incur a $0.40/min idle fee. If the Supercharger is 50% occupied: $0.50/minute idle fee. If the Supercharger is 100% occupied: $1.00/minute idle fee. These are Tesla's rates and any charges will be passed on to you.

  • Where can I charge?

    The navigation system can lead you to various charging options, (as mentioned above) however if you're the type that likes to plan ahead... For those staying at a San Diego Hotel, be sure to check out the map of Tesla destination chargers before you book (quick link below). https://tinyurl.com/y96k2yef For those taking the Deep Blue 3 for a road trip, the Supercharger network is definitely the way to go. In CA, the charge is $0.31 per kWh, or ~$0.07-$0.09 per mile (quick link below). https://tinyurl.com/y934zfhy If you’re just cruising around town and you want to ‘top off’, check out these phone apps for even more availability: - Volta (lists free chargers; 2 hour charge limit) - PlugShare - Charge Point There are 1000's more available charging spots you can find here: https://www.plugshare.com/ Many hotels and Airbnb's offer free plug ups for guests. You can also charge by plugging into a regular wall outlet, Cable and adapters are included and must be returned back at the end of the rental. In case, If they are missing there will be $800 replacement charge and it will be added to your Turo Reservation.

  • Returning the car late?

    If you will be late returning a vehicle adjust your reservation using the app so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.

  • Do we clean the car when returning?

    Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option.

  • Why rent from me?

Mayra left Matthew Davis with absolutely No means to charge the car.Therefore,early in the morning on June/02/2020 she came to the property located in Murrieta Ca 92563.When Matthew Davis finally answered the door Mayra asked for the key to her car and Mayra had already took action and had a tow company remove her vehicle in the driveway while being in a contract until June/03/2020.Mayra decided to have the vehicle towed since there was no charge without my consent.After careful evaluation on how the car was removed since it was 11 inches from an $80,000 vehicle we inspected the rear end of my aunts car and there was scratches with paint removal from her car. Mayra was in a legal bind of a contract and took upon herself and took action to tow her Tesla on personal property leaving damages to owners brand new 2020 Supra fully upgraded.There was absolutely no reason she could not have waited to tow her vehicle from property.With the President putting a curfew of 6am-6pm there were No charging stations available and Mayra failed her responsibility in providing the charging adapters to be able to charge the Tesla at other available locations.With this being said there was No ways to drive a Tesla.The contract was broken on behalf of the rightful owner Mayra.I would Not recommend renting a car from Mayra.She is unexperienced and has absolutely no communication skills or patience.Very Poor service Do Not rent a car from her!

Unfortunately Matthew failed to communicate leaving my vehicle with 0% battery. I received a notification at night and saw it early the next morning ,it had been well over 10hrs. Leaving the battery at 0% depletes the battery life. Called Matthew from 7am - 9:00am at that point I was at the location that vehicle was registering Matthew apologized. Unfortunately his aunt had all these false allegations and requesting not to pay. thankfully my vehicle has cameras and police was involved.

Had a business trip to Santa Barbara and thought it would be nice to test out a Tesla. At first it was hard to figure out but after 10 min or so it became super easy and fun. If you never drove a Tesla, at least try it. It's a different car.
