At Woolcott Services we want to give you a 5 star experience with this incredible car! To do this, pay attention to the following: • Our business hours are from 6:300 am to 11:00 pm, please keep this in mind when returning the vehicle. • Departures must be made at the time indicated when making the reservation. We do not allow late check-outs unless you notify us in advance. • If the car is returned after the departure time a Turo report will be opened. Car rules: -We allow pets in the car only if you add the pet fee to your trip. -No Smoking. Turo's smoking violation fee will apply. -Tolls are not included in the advertised rate nor are miles. At the end of your trip we will charge you a toll refund during your trip. -Refuel: Please return the car with the exact gas tank they gave you. If you have added the Refueling Tax as an extra service, you can return it with at least 30/100 of gasoline. If you paid the fare before your trip, no additional fares will be added to your account. However, if you choose the option to return the entire car and do not do so, Turo Refueling costs will apply. Don't hesitate to write to me if you have any questions.

• Are we pet friendly?

  Pets are allowed in the rental vehicle. Car has to be cleaned of pet hairs before drop off. Any damage to the leather seats will incur in extra fees.

• What if there is existing damage to the car?

  All known damage is documented in the photos taken before the rental.

• What if I have an accident while renting the vehicle?

  If you have an accident that causes damage to the vehicle during your rental or the vehicle gets stolen, please report it immediately to us. We need to make sure we file a claim immediately and ensure everyone is safe.

• Are we pet friendly?

• Are tolls included in my rental?

  No, they are not. Tolls are NOT included in the advertised rate or the included miles. Tolls that are automatically charged to Andres Woolcott are not covered and will be charged back after completion of your trip. Tolls are billed via the Turo platform.

• Can I smoke in the car?

  Smoking is prohibited. Any indication of cigarette or marijuana smoke in the car will incur in a Turo fee for smoking violation. Not negociable.

• What happens if I return the car with less charge than what it had at the pick up time?

  If you payed for the recharge in advance of your trip, no extra fees will be added to your account. However, if you chose the option to return the car fully charged of gas and you do not, an extra fee according Tiro policies.
