Rick has excellent communication and made my experience better. I called later in the the day because I was running low on charge and I couldn’t find a place to charge it without running out. At the the time I had 25% battery percentage and didn’t know if the trip back to Eagan which was 35 min away would make it. He told me the steps to take to successfully get there, and all went well from there. I would 100% book again, thank you Rick.

Rick's Tesla was an amazing rental and I will 100% try to book this vehicle again for any of my trips back to Minneapolis. He was very helpful and answered every possible question I could think of! The electric charging was not a problem at all, and it was even my first time driving any type of electric vehicle! 10/10 better than any rental company out there.

This Tesla was a DREAM to drive! Super clean. Super fun. It even has a wireless charger right under the display. Half hour after getting the car, we ran over a bolt that required a completely new tire which we replaced at our cost. We were in constant communication with Rick and he was calm and so reasonable with us- we can’t recommend him any higher. We’d give 10 stars if we could. This was our second time renting a Model 3 ~ thanks Turo and mostly, thanks Rick!

Rick’s Tesla made our entire trip. It’s spotlessly clean, and an absolute last to drive. Ricks clear instructions made pickup/drop off, and the trip in general an absolute breeze. We’ll be looking for Ricks Tesla again when we come back!
