I was extremely excited to rent with this host because of the reviews turns out I did not get the best car the car kept breaking down on me I notified the hosts he was aware of the problem he told me the car should not have been put out there and that it was under warranty he told me he would put me in a different vehicle that I had to wait till One came back I was supposed to get it in the morning unfortunately it was not available in the morning when I got there I had to wait an extra hour and a half for someone to bring it back I was told by the host he would refund some money back and never happened it was a real inconvenience for me because I was taking care of business I had to pull over on the highway a couple times the check engine light was on I was advised to shut the car off and on like I said I was really excited because of the reviews this was my first time experience probably my last I’m a real honest person I think a little bit more could be done but it was not done I don’t think this host held up to the end of his bargain but I do have text messages I think when came to certain things he wanted to talk over the phone so we didn’t have any messages to show unfortunately I have to contact my bank to dispute this I wish things could have been done better between me and the hosts

Was an easy process! Pick up and drop off with no issue. Would recommend
